Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products within the online-shop does not constitute a binding offer. It is a non-binding online catalog. Only after you have entered your personal data and clicked the button “order“ (or similar) in the final step of a ordering process, the order is binding regarding the contents in your shopping cart. The confirmation of your order takes place prompt after you send it to us. The purchase agreement is taking effect, as soon as we deliver a confirmation of the delivery or the delivery itself. Shouldn't you receive such a confirmation or the delivery within two weeks, the purchase agreement will be, therefore, obsolete and your order will not be of a binding nature anymore.
Delivery of license via E-mail
Usually the delivery of ordered software license keys is transacted via E-Mail. It will be delivered to the customers E-mail, which was deposited previously. The 1 for All Software GmbH cannot guarantee that a transaction via E-mail is always possible if the recipients E-mail address is a free E-Mail address (such as WEB.DE etc.) or if a spam filter prevents the delivery.
Therefore, the buyer bears the full risk if he quotes a free E-Mail address during the ordering process as the recipient address for the delivery of a license key. The same is the case if a spam filter prevents a delivery of the E-mail.
Part-deliveries
We are authorized to dispatch your order in part-deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. Extra delivery charges will only occur if an express agreement is given.
Title retention
As long as the delivered goods aren't payed completely, they remain property of the 1 for All Software GmbH.
Right of revocation
You can cancel an order within two weeks in text format (letter, fax, E-Mail) without the need to explain your reasons or if you send the according goods back to us. This is only possible for private buyers. If you ordered something in exercise of a commercial function (order by businessman), this is not possible.
The two week time period starts the earliest when the buyer receives the goods and an extensive information in text format. In order to make use of your right of revocation, it will be enough if you send us your revocation in text format or the goods within the time period of two weeks. The date of dispatch has to be within the two week period. The recall has to be sent towards the following address:

You have to absorb the costs for sending back the goods if the delivered goods were indeed those, which you ordered and if the price of the goods is below 40 ,-€. Should the price be higher than 40 ,-€ and you have not taken any counter-performances (may it be the complete payment or a part payment) while you want to make use of your right of revocation, you also have to absorb the costs for sending back the goods in this case.
